Hello and welcome to the 2008 New Testament Study Blog. The goal of this blog is to provide a vehicle for users to have world wide Bible study of the New Testament. All participants are invited to read the passage for the week and comment on your thoughts, feelings and revelations. Proverbs 27 says that "as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another" and Ecclesiastes 4:12 says "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." Well, I got behind pretty far at one point but got all caught up and was able to finish on schedule. How about you guys? Anybody else still even looking at the blog?
I set up the blog for the next time through so that we can comment on a week of reading at a time instead of every day. Perhaps we could all shoot for at least 1 comment per week? What do you think? We should be able to do that much...
I finished the first pass through the NT yesterday, on schedule. PTL! I think you have a good idea about the weekly thing. I used to be in a Bible study group where part of the routine was to share one Bible reading highlight from the previous week's readings. It was good.
